Job Descriptions
  1. Plan, monitor, collect, and maintain documentation for new vendor registrations (AVL Registration) within the Vendor Management System.
  2. Manage relationships and performance of suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors, and drive the approval process for the Approved Supplier List (ASL) according to ranking and category.
  3. Source and develop new suppliers, manufacturers, or contractors (Supplier / Contractor Sourcing & Development).
  4. Prepare, manage, and coordinate long-term contracts (Long Term Contract).
  5. Develop and improve systems, procedures, requirements, and procurement methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Conduct training, communication, or refresher sessions on essential quality requirements for procurement staff to enhance capability and competency.
  7. Coordinate and support both internal and external quality audits, including audits by internal audit units.
  8. Implement and participate in quality improvement activities in alignment with organization-wide quality development systems.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in procurement and vendor registration processes.
  • Proficient in Ariba, SMART Receiving, VMS (Vendor Management System), and various SharePoint systems.
  • Experience in managing quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and ability to organize and manage large volumes of documentation systematically.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare effective presentations.
  • Competent in managing and supporting quality management systems.
  • Dedicated, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines (Time Management).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Positive attitude and strong service-minded approach.
