Our client specializes in natural and organic personal care products, with a strong focus on herbal formulations and products for mothers and babies. They're looking for someone to lead affiliate and influencer marketing strategies, building partnerships, driving sales, and optimizing campaigns to grow the brand.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and run affiliate marketing programs to bring in new customers and increase sales for the brand.
  • Search for, recruit, and manage affiliates and influencers (KOLs) who fit the company's goals and audience.
  • Negotiate and handle contracts with affiliates and influencers to make sure both sides benefit.
  • Monitor and review campaign results, analyze data, and make changes to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to create interesting content and materials for affiliate and influencer projects.
  • Stay updated on new trends, best practices, and platforms in affiliate and influencer marketing to keep improving our strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates and influencers, give them support, and share feedback to help them succeed.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing profitable affiliate networks and influencer partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimisation and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends and best practices
  • Creativity and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging the right affiliates and influencers to achieve marketing objectives
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
