Key Responsibilities :

Affiliate Recruitment & Growth

  • Develop and execute scalable strategies to recruit high-quality affiliates, creators, and partners across relevant platforms.
  • Build partnerships with affiliate platforms, creator networks, and third-party referral sources. - Affiliate Relationship Management.
  • Own day-to-day communications with affiliates, ensuring strong engagement and alignment with brand goals.
  • Provide performance feedback, best practices, and regular incentives to drive continued growth. Community Building & Engagement.
  • Build and manage an affiliate/creator community that promotes active, positive, and value-driven conversation.
  • Organize webinars, AMAs, and exclusive campaigns to keep affiliates informed and motivated. Team Leadership.
  • Lead and mentor an operations-driven team responsible for onboarding, support, and performance tracking of affiliates.
  • Establish clear KPIs, streamline workflows, and drive team accountability for performance targets. Performance Analysis & Optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on affiliate contribution to marketing and sales goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimize program mechanics, and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and managing large-scale affiliate programs or creator networks.
  • Experience managing and scaling operational teams with a strong focus on process and performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of partners.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, community, and results.
