We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager – Affiliate & CRM
to lead and grow our affiliate marketing and CRM strategies. This role is ideal for someone experienced in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a passion for driving measurable results and building strategic partnerships. If you've worked with performance-driven campaigns, affiliate platforms, and customer engagement tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage
    affiliate marketing strategies
    to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    affiliate partners, platforms, and networks
    .
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal
    marketing, content, and sales
    teams to align campaign goals.
  • Identify and explore new affiliate opportunities to grow our online reach.
  • Execute
    performance marketing strategies
    aimed at increasing online sales.
  • Oversee CRM activities to
    engage and retain customers
    , using data to personalize outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
    .
  • 8+ years of experience
    in
    digital marketing, affiliate programs, CRM, and e-commerce
    .
  • Solid background in managing retail or tech brands in online channels.
  • Strong understanding of
    performance marketing
    and
    conversion optimization
    .
  • Familiar with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in
    Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
    (a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English
