KOL Recruitment & Creator Outreach
Proactively identify and scout high-potential KOLs, influencers, and
content creators across platforms that align with SASOM's target
demographics.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial
outreach, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Campaign Development & Execution
Execute monthly marketing campaigns designed to drive user
engagement and achieve specific GMV objectives.
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs to ensure creator content
is aligned with campaign goals and SASOM's brand standards.
- Ensure timely execution of all deliverables and monitor campaign
timelines strictly.
Affiliate Management & Strategy
Implement and manage a robust affiliate marketing program to
incentivize sales-driven performance.
- Negotiate partnership terms with a focus on optimizing Customer
Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
- Foster long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates to
ensure sustained growth.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all KOL and
affiliate activities using data-driven metrics.
- Utilize insights to refine scouting criteria, optimize campaign tactics,
and reallocate budgets toward high-performing channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and
competitor activities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing, preferably within E-commerce or Marketplace environments.
Strong ability to interpret data, manage spreadsheets, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; professional fluency in both Thai and English.
A growth-oriented individual with a high degree of ownership and a "self-starter" attitude.
