Purpose of job

Manage stock like during phase in/out and monitor shelf life stock in order to avoid short code as well as manage stock allocation to each customer base on customer priority and forecast.

As business complex, Sales data is volatility of promotions, supply driven, no of NPD, no of business units. Therefore, it need to have good knowledge of own business process and other business process including relation to own unit/ department, cooperate with stakeholders in own discipline and external parties on operational level. Optimization planning on procedures, process and tools.

Scope of work

  1. Manage order fulfillment in order to meet customer service level which include goods reject, recall, Market return and sample order.
  2. Do stock allocation in case of insufficient stock and in line with forecast.
  3. Control and release order to be in line with company credit policy.
  4. Control order release to meet OTD picking timeline and to meet customer window time.
  5. Contact to Q team and planner for stock to release.
  6. Be front support of issue solving which related to order such as customer reject goods, delivery issue, shelf life issue and co-ordinate for small order volume.
  7. Maintain and update EDI master data in SAP such as new SKU, phase in/out, new EDI customer.
  8. Be help desk to feedback for customer service level.
  9. Control clear pending orders and incomplete pick note of which should not later than request date and ensure all cancellation is accurately input.
  10. Do key user role for sales order area like interface issue and raise ticket, be front contact with service desk.

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related function.
  • Experience in SAP
  • Knowledge in BW
  • Knowledge in customer service field
  • Computer Skill in Excel, Words and power point presentation
  • English language is preferable.
