Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide direction to subordinates, including Section Heads and Officers, to achieve departmental objectives. Lead, grow, and develop the team's competence and capabilities
  • Leverage and enhance the MRP system to ensure the provision of accurate data for effective analysis and decision-making.
  • Execute and continuously improve the established plan to meet or exceed Purchasing and Planning KPIs, including OTD/OTS performance, inventory management, and effective spending.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on performance, quality, and cost.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage inventory with involvement from the customer in the pursuit of 100% OTD and minimal inventory liability.
  • Manage transportation, distribution, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Operate with a high level of effectiveness, integrity, and pro-activeness. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Comply with safety guidelines and all related regulatory requirements.
  • Respond effectively to assignments that benefit the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5–8 years of Supply Chain experience role within the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.

  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and BOM documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Fluent in English communication (written and verbal) and capable of working with international teams.
