Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing, supply chain, and project management activities in Thailand. This role will oversee supplier management, cost control, production monitoring, and project execution from initiation to production. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a background in electrical appliances or related industries.

Sourcing & Supply Chain Management:

  • Lead sourcing and supply chain team for electrical appliances in Thailand.
  • Support outsourcing and supplier management locally.
  • Manage RFQ processes.
  • Monitor supplier production, components supply, and delivery of regular and promotional shipments.
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance across supply chain.
  • Resolve production or component supply issues promptly.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by business needs.

Project & Engineering Management:

  • Track project costs and schedules from initiation to production.
  • Participate in global conference calls and coordinate with project teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and timelines.
  • Serve as main point of contact for suppliers and global teams.
  • Identify and drive solutions to project constraints and challenges.
  • Ensure transparency in project tracking using MS Project and related tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • ≥7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or project management.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, cost management, and engineering.
  • Proven team leadership experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Background in electrical appliance industry preferred.
  • Experience managing RFQs, supplier production, delivery, and on-time performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for production and supply issues.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, reports, logs).
  • Fluent in Chinese Thai, English.
  • Own car and driver's license
