Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in Thailand
Industries. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Position : Sr.Supply Chain Manager
Business : Offshore safety products and service
Location :
Sriracha, Chonburi
Working day : Mon – Fri

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Engineer or relate field.
  • At least 10 years experience in Management ,material planning, Purchasing,Warehouse,logistics ,Customer Service in maritime and offshore safety, service safety and fire-fighting equipment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain standards, compliance, and cost control ใ
  • Strong management , Negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge ERP in SAP, SCM tools, and MMS system.
  • Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and process.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor department managers in Shipping, Warehousing, Order Fulfilment, and Purchasing .
  • Control Supply chain process such as supply chain strategy, cost reduction ,control budget ,customer order management, &Import-Export, Customer service, Inventory, Warehouse Operation, control Inventory, Logistics& Delivery, control and Manage.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
  • Convert global supply chain strategies into actionable local plans.
  • Ensure effective use and integration of SAP systems across all functions.
  • Align operational practices with global standards and corporate objectives.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable delivery performance across the supply chain.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, accuracy, and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee departmental budgets with a focus on cost control and value creation.
  • Develop and implement policies that meet global supply chain standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal systems, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess team competencies and identify development needs.
  • Implement training programs to enhance skills and support career growth.
  • Represent Thailand operations in global supply chain forums and initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with headquarters and global teams.
  • Motivate , coaching and supervise Supply chain teams and develop them upon company KPIs and ensure to follow safety rules.
