Your day as a Supply Chain Compliance Officer

This position is responsible for ensuring that all import and export activities comply with Thai government regulations, including those set by Customs, FDA, DIW, and DFT. This role supports customs clearance processes, verifies documentation, and ensures accurate application of Harmonized Tariff Codes and customs valuation criteria. The specialist prepares and submits regulatory reports (e.g., Vook 6 & 7, AE/DD, cost declarations), maintains compliance records, and coordinates with internal departments to uphold regulatory standards.

To do so, you will be in charge of:

■ Assist in ensuring compliance with Thai government regulations including Customs, FDA, DIW, and DFT.

■ Support the customs clearance process for import shipments by preparing and verifying required documentation.

■ Ensure correct application of Harmonized Tariff Codes and customs valuation criteria during import declarations.

■ Prepare and submit regulatory reports such as Vook 6 & Vook 7, AE/DD reports, and cost declarations in the DFT system.

■ Maintain and update compliance documentation and records in line with standard operating procedures.

■ Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, procurement, planning, customer service) to ensure compliance in operational activities.

■ Assist in product registration and licensing processes with FDA for import, export, and manufacturing.

■ Monitor certificate and license expiration dates and support renewal processes.

■ Ensure labeling requirements for import/export products are met.

■ Provide operational support during audits and inspections conducted by government agencies.

What do we ask from you?

Required Qualifications

■ bachelor's degree in international business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

■ 1–3 years of experience in compliance, import/export operations, or regulatory documentation.

■ Basic understanding of Thai government regulations (Customs, FDA, DIW, DFT). 

■ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

■ Knowledge of custom regulations and shipment processes will be an advantage.

■ Good at communication and problem-solving skills.

■ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

■ Ability to communicate in English
