Responsibilities
1. Project Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop strategies and execute sales for integrated logistics system projects, such as WMS, TMS, ERP, IoT, and supply chain solutions.
2. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain sectors.
3. Solution Analysis & Design
Analyze client problems and requirements to propose appropriate system solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
4. Sales Planning & Forecasting
Lead the sales team in developing strategic sales plans, managing pipeline and quarterly forecasts, and monitoring performance.
5. Sales Team Development
Support and develop the sales team through coaching, training, and guidance to close B2B project deals effectively.
6. End-to-End Project Management
Manage the entire project sales cycle—from proposal, negotiation, and contracting, to project handover with operations and technical teams.
7. Performance & Profitability Monitoring
Track project performance, analyze cost vs. profit, and ensure results meet company targets.
8. Executive Reporting
Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market conditions to management with recommendations for growth.
9. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and promote long-term cooperation to generate recurring revenue.
10. Market & Technology Monitoring
Stay updated on logistics trends and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies and provide modern, competitive solutions.
Qualifications
1. Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales or project management.
- Experience selling systems related to logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or
WMS/TMS/ERP or IT solutions in logistics.
3. Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics systems, including Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse, Transport, and Supply Chain operations.
- Ability to design and present customized solutions based on client requirements (Solution Selling).
- Understanding of cost structures, with the ability to analyze ROI for projects.
- Skilled in preparing proposals and presenting projects to senior-level clients.
- Good knowledge of supporting systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP, IoT, AI in logistics.
- Able to manage projects collaboratively with Operations, IT, and Engineering teams.
4. Communication & Coordination Skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, especially with corporate/B2B clients.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination and team management.
- Able to work under pressure and manage project timelines effectively.
5. Language & Computer Skills
- Good command of English (business-level communication).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with related system platforms.
6. Personal Attributes
- Result-oriented, hardworking, reliable, and positive mindset.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Able to travel to visit clients in other provinces or overseas when required.
