Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize internal and external learning programs to support employee development, leadership growth, and organizational capabilities.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including scheduling training sessions, vendor coordination, budgeting, managing logistics, reporting, and maintaining training records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure quality and alignment with corporate learning strategy.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop training materials, manuals, and digital content.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses, tracking learner progress, and generating reports. Support any administrative in LMS.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs.
  • Support training need analysis implementation. e.g. internal communication, data collecting, administration etc.
  • Manage and maintain the LMS, including uploading courses, tracking learner progress, and generating reports. Support any administrative in LMS.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for Skills Development training programs to be submitted to the Department of Skills Development (DSD), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in L&D administration such as procurement, finance and accounting etc. to ensure the L&D operations process run smoothly as plan.
  • Create and distribute internal communications about learning initiatives, upcoming training events, and program announcements through various channels.
  • Design action plan, activities and implement IBMDT culture and core value behaviors project.
  • Lead L&D initiatives such as Engagement program, IBMDT alumni etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in L&D operations including arrange training sessions & logistics, maintain training records, training evaluations etc.
  • Strong understanding of L&D operations and training logistics.
  • Growth mindset and ability to deliver tasks as assigned.
  • Team-player and can also work independently.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to execute effectively and measure results.
  • Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
  • Good command in English both written and verbal.
