Senior Content Creator

You'll work closely with our Marketing, Art Director, and Academic teams to craft high-quality content that inspires, educates, and connects with our students and parents.

The Advisor Academy is a leading international tutoring center in Thailand that has been operating for over 12 years, helping more than 3,000 students build confidence before exams and achieve high scores. We specialize in tutoring for international curricula, particularly GED, IGCSE, AS/A-Level, IELTS, SAT, BMAT, IB, etc.

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator (Acting Content Manager) to join The Advisor team.

1. Content Planning & Strategy

2. Develop and manage monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand direction.

3. Plan social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
4. Collaborate with Marketing, Art Director, and Production teams to ensure creative alignment.

5. Analyze content performance and propose improvements.

6. Content Creation & Ideation

7. Generate creative, educational, and viral-worthy content ideas that engage both students and parents.

8. Write high-quality copy: captions, articles, scripts, campaign slogans, and educational storytelling.
9. Adapt trends into meaningful content that fits The Advisor's brand voice.

10. Brief and review visuals, videos, and creatives before publishing.

12. Create persuasive and relatable copy across all channels:
    
    social media, website, ads, blogs, syllabus, and course materials.

13. Develop short scripts and subtitles for video content.
14. Ensure brand voice consistency and academic accuracy.

15. Collaborate with teachers and students to build real, inspiring stories.

16. Team Coordination & Review

17. Review and refine content from other creators or freelancers.

18. Provide clear briefs and constructive feedback to the production team.
19. Support Marketing and Art Director in brainstorming campaigns and production planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media strategy.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both English and Thai.
• Creative, organized, and able to balance hands-on content creation with planning.
• Understanding of education industry or youth culture is a must.
• Skillful and knowledgeable of visuals, video, and campaign flow.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and time management.
