Role & Responsibilities:

Induction Program

·       Coordinate and schedule induction activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

·       Liaise with internal teams and speakers to organize and deliver onboarding sessions.

·       Oversee logistics and create a welcoming environment for all new hires.

·       Track attendance and follow up with individual who are absent from induction activities.

In-House Training Programs

·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and organize internal training courses.

·       Manage course creation, participant enrollment, and communications through the Workday system.

·       Ensure all training materials, facilities, and evaluation tools are prepared and available.

·       Monitor and record participation, and process related payments in timely manner.

·       Foster and maintain a positive learning and development environment within the organization, actively gathering and analyzing input or feedback from key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

·       Co-facilitate workshops and learning and development sessions, supporting effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.

DSD Documentation Submission

·       Prepare and submit all required training documentation to Department of Skill Development (DSD) in accordance with regulatory timelines and requirements.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate information and supporting documents for each training program.

·       Maintain organized record of all submissions and approvals.

·       Proactively monitor regulatory updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in any fields

· years in Learning and Development.

·       Good command of English.

·       Experience with HR Systems (e.g., Workday, COUPA) is an advantage.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience.
