Job Title: Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity + Infrastructure)

Work Location: Bangkok MSP (Head Office, Bangkok)

Department: Sales Department

Reports to: Sales Manager

  • Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze customer requirements and design appropriate cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions.
  • Present (via presentation/demo) security solutions such as Endpoint Security, SOC, SIEM, XDR, MDR, Cloud Security, Email Security, Zero Trust, DLP, and others to customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to create suitable solution proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales support documents such as Bill of Materials, Cost Sheets, technical documents, and TOR requirement mappings to support solution proposals.
  • Support the Sales team in responding to customer inquiries, including conducting Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate the solution's capabilities.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers on cyber threat protection strategies, as well as updates on new risks and trends in cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to plan solution roadmaps that maximize the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Support public and private sector bidding processes (RFP/RFQ/TOR) to ensure proposed solutions align with requirements.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a Presales or System Engineer role.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity systems such as Endpoint Security, SOC, SIEM, XDR, MDR, Cloud Security, Email Security, Zero Trust, DLP, etc.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure systems (system and network) at an intermediate level for general organizations.
  • Basic programming skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to clearly present and explain technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and an excellent team player.
