Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the end-to-end presales function, ensuring high-quality solution proposals and technical presentations for enterprise clients.

● Oversee discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and proposal development to support sales opportunities.

● Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of proposed solutions.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across banking and insurance clients.

● Conduct deep business analysis to understand client pain points, business processes, and system landscapes, translating them into optimized solutions.

● Review and enhance presales methodologies, frameworks, templates, and best practices for continuous improvement.

● Mentor and develop presales and business analysis team members to ensure high performance and capability growth.

● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation, IT modernization, and enterprise architecture.

● Present solutions, RFP responses, and product demonstrations clearly and convincingly to executives and technical teams.

● Work with internal leaders to shape solution portfolios, market positioning, and go-to market strategies.

Qualifications

● 10+ years of hands-on experience in Presales within IT, software solutions, or system integration environments.

● 7–8+ years of strong Business Analysis experience, with excellent skills in requirement elicitation, process analysis, and documentation.

● Proven experience working closely with enterprise clients in the banking and insurance industries (must-have).
