This position requires close collaboration with Rikkei Japan and Vietnam teams while ensuring their involvement is optimized for qualified opportunities only. The Delivery Manager will bridge client requirements and technical feasibility, enabling accurate cost estimation and supporting seamless customer budget approval and project kickoff.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical presales activities locally, managing initial customer engagements and requirement hearings.Understand and apply prospecting and filtering criteria to identify opportunities aligned with company success parameters (budget, scope, timeline).Collect high-level requirements from prospects and assess technical feasibility to confirm Rikkei's capability to deliver.Prepare rough cost estimations supporting early-stage budget approvals.Coordinate with Rikkei Japan and Vietnam presales resources, involving them only for qualified customers meeting success criteria.Organize internal preparatory meetings before customer workshops, Q&A sessions, and presentations to align on agenda, customer background, expectations, and deal specifics.Provide technical sales support, including delivering product demos and addressing client technical inquiries.Craft tailored proposals based on client requirements and technical assessments.Develop detailed project plans and ensure project readiness before handoff to delivery teams.Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to maintain alignment between sales and delivery functions.Monitor presales progress, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts.Challenges:Aligning customer needs and expectations with technical feasibility within tight timelines.Maintaining engagement and focus of remote presales teams from Japan and Vietnam.Ensuring project readiness and minimizing delays during handoff from presales to delivery.Expected Outputs:High-quality, technically sound proposals tailored to client requirements.Timely client approvals and budget confirmations.Efficient and smooth transitions from presales to project delivery teams.Well-structured internal meetings with clear agendas driving focused discussions and decision-making.ประสบการณ์ / คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครProven experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or delivery management within IT services.Strong understanding of customer prospecting, filtering, and qualification criteria.Capability to conduct high-level requirement analysis and feasibility assessments.Skilled in rough cost estimation for IT projects.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to lead internal coordination and manage multi-country team involvement effectively.เงื่อนไขสถานที่Bangkok (capital)) > Bangkok > Start Date: Immediate onboarding upon successful interview(Interview)Round 1: English interview with the offshore team in VietnamRound 2: Thai interview with Rikkei Thailandเงินเดือนอื่นๆคุณสามารถเห็นข้อมูลที่สมบูรณ์หลังจากเข้าสู่ระบบแล้วลงชื่อเข้าใช้เพื่อดูเพิ่มเติม (ประวัติบริษัทRikkei is a global technology company specializing in software development, digital transformation, and IT consulting.
