Purpose of role:

The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the commercial team, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and enhancing overall sales effectiveness. This role involves coordination across multiple functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Finance.

This role is on 12 months contract.

Responsibilities include:

Sales Operations & Support

  • Coordinate and support sales teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and key sales activities.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock inbound data; provide timely reports to Key Account Managers (KAM) and Key Account Executives (KAE).
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pricing updates, and customer information.
  • Assist in updating sales order processing in distributor systems.
  • Prepare customized reports as requested by the Channel Manager

Trade Expense & Budget Management

  • Coordinate trade spending and promotional investments; support KAMs in budget tracking.
  • Assist with Payment on Behalf (POB) processes across designated accounts and suppliers

Customer & System Management

  • Maintain and update customer databases across internal and distributor systems.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of customer information including pricing changes, account updates, and handler assignments.
  • Support sales team with distributor system access and maintenance.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Track purchase orders, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with supply chain, distributors, and KAMs to ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Provide monthly stock write-off summaries and communicate price changes to distributors.

General Administration

  • Handle general administrative tasks including courier arrangements, communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, and delivery queries

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistic or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales coordination, sales support.
  • Experience in preparing sales, stock, and spending reports.
  • Understanding of sales processes. PO, billing and stock.
  • Passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. (Excel & Power BI)
  • Attention to detail and process oriented.
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in Thai and English both verbal and written.
