Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads within the food service industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing food service clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and operational challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our food products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations that address the specific requirements and budgets of food service establishments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors in the food service sector, including new products, culinary trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Corporate chefs, and Customer services, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows relevant to the food service industry to generate leads, expand the professional network, and promote our company's brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, food science or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
