About the role

We are seeking a 
Senior Executive, Business Development

based in Bangkok who will be responsible for driving new business revenues and partnership opportunities with Corporate partners. You will have minimally 3 years of business development or sales experience.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the 
Manager, Business Development & Provider Management.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows

  • Coordinate and drive revenues from existing and new corporate clients.
  • Build rapport with the working-team of clients as part of stakeholder management
  • Manage key accounts in order to maintain high service levels for virtual consultations and onsite health screening services
  • Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing etc) to localize and/or customize the products/solutions suitable for Thailand, giving Doctor Anywhere competitive advantage in launching the products
  • Gather market intelligence, share with relevant stakeholders and identify implications for key clients to ensure appropriate matters are taken
  • Proactively communicate relevant information to various other stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary information to make decisions
  • Maintain easy, quick, and high-quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a swift and client centric manner
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing, and other pitch related documents
  • Support the preparation and issue new contracts and renewal documentation within agreed timeframes
  • Assist in the Business Development team's administrative tasks or any other ad-hoc requirements

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of progressive Business Development and Account Management experience in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to drive changes and with continuous improvement mentality
  • Excellent team player to facilitate close partnering with local and regional teams
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
  • Takes pride in the commitment to deliver the promise of good pre-sales and after sales service
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
