Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven professional to join our team with strong knowledge of retail and media business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing media projects, supporting business growth, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support media or retail projects from planning to execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and senior management to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Conduct market, demographic, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate across departments including technical and non-technical teams to deliver project results.
  • Support development of media strategies, marketing plans, and retail initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Office.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Travel to regional locations to manage business activities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Age between 25–35 years.
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media, retail, or project management roles—preferably in the media or retail industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with senior management.
  • Knowledge in Retail or Media business; familiarity with demographic, catchment, and financial analysis is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, media management, or advertising agencies is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel within regional locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
