Report to: Managing Director

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead sales strategies for the Government sector across Ministries, Departments and State Enterprises.
  • Manage sales pipeline and opportunities in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data Platform, Cybersecurity, Smart City, and Enterprise IT projects.
  • Create strategic account plans and drive proactive business development.
  • Lead executive presentations and negotiations with government stakeholders.
  • Review TOR/RFP, procurement regulations, and ensure competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, PMO, and Technology Vendors to design solutions.
  • Build high-level relationships with decision-makers and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure post-sales success and project delivery alignment.
  • Manage and coach the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Expand partner ecosystems with technology vendors and distributors.

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience in IT solution or SI sales
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales team management
  • Strong knowledge of Government procurement regulations and bidding processes
  • Proven track record in selling large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Strong network with high-level government executives
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills

Good-to-have

  • Experience with major SI or global technology vendors (Cloud/AI/Data)
  • Knowledge of PDPA, ISO standards, SOC, or Government digital frameworks
  • Understanding financial modeling, P&L, or project budgeting
  • Vendor sales certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus
