. We are passionate about combining creativity, craftsmanship, and functionality to deliver exceptional spaces and furniture solutions that inspire.
We are now seeking a
dynamic and visionary Managing Director (MD)
to lead our company through its next stage of growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve business goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including design, production, installation, and sales.
- Lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand both B2B and B2C segments.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, cost control, and profitability.
- Represent the company in key negotiations, partnerships, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience (at least 8–10 years) in the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing both B2B and B2C operations is a strong plus.
- Be Fluent in English.
