Job Description
Investment-Related Responsibilities
  • Receive and record trading and transfer confirmation documents (e.g., buy/sell, dividends, interest, fund transfers).
  • Coordinate and communicate with brokers and relevant third parties regarding investment transactions.
  • Work with the Admin Officer to ensure accurate recording of trading and transfer details in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile all transactions with broker statements
  • Prepare and submit monthly statements and confirmation documents to the Audit team.
  • Support documentation preparation, filing, and signature processes for investment-related items.
  • Prepare and deliver the monthly Investment Reconciliation Report to the CFO.
Foreign Companies (Non-Investment) Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage P/O, invoices, and related activities with internal and external parties.
  • Communicate with offshore banks on instructions, debit/credit advice, and fund transfers.
  • Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliation for financial statement closing and owner bank accounts.
  • Handle dividend payments and annual compliance requirements (KYC, CSC, fee payments).
  • Custody of documents in digital and physical forms
  • Coordinate and Execute money transfer per instruction from the management
Personal Assistance to Directors
  • Update, summarize, propose, and execute annual tax-saving fund subscriptions (ThaiESG, RMF) for directors.
  • Monitor holding periods and notify directors when eligible for sales.
  • Manage IPO rights reservations, payments, and required documentation for personal investment portfolios.
  • Execute personal fund transfers and related financial instructions as assigned by directors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Solid experience in finance and accounting operation (5 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of assets such as stocks, funds, start-ups, private equities, is preferred
  • Strong work prioritization and organization skills
  • Good command of English communication (especially reading and writing for communication with foreign banks and commercial parties)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other colleagues
  • Ability to work under tight schedule occasionally
