Position: Senior HR – FF Team
Department: HR & Recruitment Reports to: Team Lead – FF Team and Managing Director
Role Purpose
The Senior HR – FF Team acts as the right hand to the Team Lead, leading day-to-day HR and recruitment operations. This role manages a small team, ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supports client projects to run smoothly in an outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Relations
•Provide first-line advice to Team lead and employees on labor law, company policies, and HR procedures.
•Oversee disciplinary procedures, fact-finding, warning letters and termination cases together with the ER & Admin Officer.
•Review and approve HR documents (employment contracts, warning letters, transfer letters, resignation/termination documents, leave forms, etc.).
•Support communication of HR policies, announcements, and changes to all employees.
2. Recruitment Management
•Plan and monitor recruitment activities to meet client requirements in terms of quantity, quality and timeline.
•Work with Recruiters to define sourcing strategy, selection criteria and interview process.
•Screen and validate candidates before submitting to clients (profile summary, motivation, salary, availability).
3. Project & Client Coordination
•Work closely with the Project Admin to ensure employee data and documents for each project are complete and up-to-date.
•Join client meetings related to manpower issues (discipline cases, manpower increase/reduction, process improvement, etc.).
•Prepare and review monthly HR/Recruitment reports for clients and management as required.
4. People Management & Process & System Improvement
•Plan weekly/monthly workload and assign tasks to ER & Admin, Project Admin and Recruiters.
•Monitor individual performance, set clear goals and provide regular feedback.
•Propose development plans for the team (training, cross-function exposure, career path).
•Help design and improve HR & Recruitment SOPs, forms and templates to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
•Coordinate with Payroll, Finance and Operations to ensure alignment of employee information.
•Collect recurring issues from day-to-day operations and recommend system or process solutions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
•Minimum 5 years' experience in HR and/or Recruitment, preferably in outsourcing, staffing or manpower services.
•At least 1-2 years' experience in supervising a small team is an advantage.
•Good understanding of Thai labor law, HR practices and employee relations.
•Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process for PC and Sales Staff would be advantage
•Experience working with Outsourcing Staff company would be advantage
Skills
•Strong communication skills
•Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
•Strong planning, time-management and prioritization abilities.
•Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or ATS is an advantage.
