Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager - OEM & Mobility Solutions (Southeast Asia)
to lead sales growth and business development across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key OEM accounts, driving new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives that support our mobility and new energy solutions. This role requires a strong background in the automotive industry, particularly with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers, along with proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall sales activities, including customer engagement, sales planning, achieving targets, and developing new business across Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.).
- Drive revenue growth and regional business expansion while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
- Collaborate with global teams on projects to support international business growth and execute strategic initiatives.
- Regularly visit customers to identify opportunities, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions and technical support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to inform strategy and adjust sales plans.
- Negotiate contracts, establish long-term key account relationships, and implement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and company growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, ideally in Automotive/ Mobility or related sectors across Southeast Asia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
and excellent interpersonal abilities. - Proven negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking, result-oriented mindset, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
