Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy
Sales Manager
with a hunter mindset and the credibility to engage and influence decision-makers across the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be driven by targets, skilled in consultative selling, and capable of winning both new and strategic business opportunities for PRTR's recruitment and workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across manufacturing and industrial clients within the EEC.
- Sell a full suite of recruitment services — from new plant start-ups and volume hiring projects to executive and functional search solutions.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR leaders, Plant Managers, and C-level executives to uncover hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify, approach, and convert prospects through a structured business development process.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Partner with land developers, industrial estates, and local networks to position PRTR as the preferred recruitment partner for new entrants to Thailand.
- Report sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts to the VP of Recruitment.
- Represent PRTR professionally at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within recruitment, HR solutions, or industrial services.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record in new business generation and closing deals.
- Confident and persuasive communicator with the gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of Thailand's manufacturing landscape and the EEC business environment.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-driven environment.
- Mandarin language skills an advantage but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
