Responsibilities
  • Supervise the telesales and online sales teams (Inbound / Outbound / Online Chat) to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide product information, close sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Page Inbox, LINE OA, and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up and manage leads through to conversion.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Analyze sales data and propose strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications
  • Age between 28 – 40 years, any gender.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Call Center / Online Sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with consultative selling approach (understanding customer pain points and offering tailored solutions).

  • Proficient in digital sales tools such as:

  • Facebook Page / Messenger

  • LINE Official Account (Chat, Broadcast, Tag Segment)
  • Google Sheets / CRM / Customer Management Systems
  • Excellent typing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • High responsibility, leadership, and strong teamwork mindset.
  • Experience in launching innovative or technology products to the market will be considered a strong advantage.
