As a
Sales Representative
at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales. Focusing in surgical Instrument and asset, power system, neurosurgery, endoscopy which covering in BKK area e.g.Chula, Rama, Rajvithi and etc.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting sales targets in assigned areas, evaluating customer potential, and managing investment opportunities (CME and Sponsorship).
- Develop and manage account plans, identify underdeveloped business areas, forecast sales, and create efficient travel plans to maximize sales efforts. Communicate with customers, manage contracts, execute marketing strategies, participate in tenders, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Submit regular trip reports, work with sales supervisors to refine strategies, and provide feedback on market demands and product performance.
- Track competitor movements, report key information, and share insights with the team during monthly sales meetings.
- Regularly meet with supervisors to update on activities and sales performance; participate in training sessions and company meetings.
- Assist with event promotions, trade shows, and key marketing efforts; ensure proper communication of event-related inquiries.
- Build trust with customers, ensure excellent service and timely deliveries, manage complaints, and collaborate effectively within the team.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor degree in any field (Health Science will be advanatge)
- 1 years of sales experience in healthcare business (medical device will be advantage)
- Has own car and car driving license
- Has experinece in tendor, e-bidding and listing process will be advantage
- Hands-on operation task
