Job Description
Position Summary: -
This role involves managing staff, providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and driving sales to meet the store's performance goals. The Store Supervisor acts as a leader, motivating and guiding the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store targets.

Job Description: -

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints, after sale inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining current customer data base and building relations with new clients
  • Monitor store sales and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
  • Communicate sales goals and store KPI's to the team on continuous basis.
  • Support and supervise team on selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Schedule shifts and manage manpower to ensure store productivity is maximized.
  • Oversee daily store operations and stocktake.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment, including store visual merchandising.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store/Boutique Manager or Senior Sales/Retail Associate.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge and ability to build SOPs for all daily activities of the stores.
  • Ability to provide on-job trainings for sales associates for sales techniques, customer service, etc.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Thai / Other language is a plus.

Mobility/Travel

Able to work at assigned store.

Computer Skills

MS offices, Power BI, company own-web.

Language

Fluent in English and Thai / Other language is a plus.
