Sales Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor - Manger to lead our sales team in delivering outstanding results in wallpaper, flooring, fabric, carpet, and installation services for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive daily and monthly sales performance to meet company targets

-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve project goals

-Develop and maintain relationships with dealer, suppliers, designers, contractors, and developers

-Manage quotations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction

-Coordinate closely with the installation and project teams

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in interior product or project sales

-Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Good command of English (spoken and written)

-Dynamic, result-oriented, and hands-on attitude

Competitive salary + commission + annual bonus

Working hours Monday–Friday
