Senior Account Executive
What You'll Do
- Manage project timelines for assigned influencer/digital marketing campaigns
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio
- Establish strong client relationships to understand expectations and lead cross-functional teams to deliver optimal business results
- Drive new client acquisition and develop upselling strategies for existing accounts by understanding client needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Analyze project requirements and execute strategies to maximize business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal departments to support client growth initiatives and ensure contract compliance
- Monitor campaign performance proactively, identify potential issues, develop preventive solutions, and provide timely problem resolution (including weekends when necessary)
- Prepare comprehensive reports customized to client requirements, featuring key insights and actionable recommendations
- Gather and analyze relevant data to evaluate account performance and establish strategic direction
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or similar client-facing roles
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and practical application in influencer marketing
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing and digital marketing fundamentals
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Powerpoint & Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
- Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaign experience (preferred)
- Media Campaign management experience is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
