About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Senior Account Executive with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing high-value deals—and play a critical role in scaling our revenue engine.

You will work closely with founders, marketing, customer success, and product teams to bring our AI-driven business platform to new markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands complex customer needs, and can translate them into clear value and ROI.


Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and selected enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and articulate clear value propositions tailored to customer workflows.
  • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and ICP/targeting.
  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership to improve features, positioning, and pricing.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and partner meetings when required.

Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in productivity, CRM, automation, or AI-focused products.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, value-based sales, and consultative sales methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident in running product demos and handling objections.
  • Ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate them into product solutions.
  • Experience selling to founders, CEOs, operations, or revenue teams is a major plus.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Strong CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience in early-stage startups or fast-scaling SaaS companies.
  • Background in automation, AI solutions, or multi-product platforms.
  • Network in DACH, EU, or APAC markets.
  • Experience with enterprise or channel sales.
