Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities in alignment with the company's policies and strategic direction.
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate learning and development initiatives, including training programs and other employee development tools across the organization.
  • Assign and coordinate tasks with HR administration and regional HR teams to ensure effective execution of human capital development activities.
  • Develop annual Training Plans aligned with the organization's key capabilities, and prepare Training Requirements to source appropriate training providers and facilitators.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of human capital development initiatives to continuously enhance employee capability and organizational performance.
  • Manage and report progress and outcomes of human capital development projects to management.

Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • At least 7–9 years of experience in Human Capital Development, Learning & Development, or Organization Development (HRD / OD).
  • Experience as an Internal Trainer or facilitator for employee engagement or development programs.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in human capital development practices.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English for business communication.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law, compensation, and employee benefits policies.
  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in logistics or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
