About the Role

We are seeking a Manager – Regional People Development to lead the execution of Global People Development initiatives across East Asia and South Asia & Oceania. This role focuses on strengthening organizational capability through learning programs, talent development, and robust learning systems, while working closely with Global HR, Regional HR, and OpCo HR teams across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the rollout of Global People Development programs to ensure effective regional adoption and execution
  • Act as the regional focal point to translate global frameworks, guidelines, and tools into practical local implementation plans
  • Monitor country-level progress, share best practices, and provide guidance to address implementation challenges
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and implement learning programs aligned with organizational capability needs
  • Apply modern learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences
  • Facilitate leadership, functional, and skill-based learning sessions as required
  • Analyze learning data, feedback, and performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Prepare insights and recommendations to continuously improve learning programs, tools, and delivery approaches
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a regional competency and skills framework
  • Support the regional talent development agenda by tracking and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Partner with OpCo HR teams to ensure IDPs are actionable and aligned with career development pathways
  • Oversee LMS data accuracy, including enrollments, completion status, learning records, and reporting
  • Partner with global teams to align learning systems, governance, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain clear communication with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, or Talent Management, preferably in a regional role
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in LMS management and learning analytics

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of modern learning methodologies and instructional design
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvement actions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while influencing across multiple countries
