Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track performance metrics across the property portfolio, including revenue, expenses, occupancy, and returns.
  • Prepare regular performance dashboards and summary reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Portfolio and Asset Management Support:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on asset performance reviews, maintenance planning, and cost controls.
  • Assist in capital budgeting, planning, and execution tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset data and investment documentation.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Support financial modeling and valuation updates for asset reforecasting and feasibility.

  • Support scenario analysis for new asset strategies or optimization opportunities.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work with Finance, Development, Product, and Strategic Investment teams to align asset data and planning processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in asset management, portfolio analysis, or real estate investment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with capital planning, budget tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Able to coordinate across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
