Role Description

The Event Manager role at xBloom Thailand is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the company's marketing and brand strategies. This includes collaborating with team members, managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that all events provide an exceptional experience for attendees while achieving key business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Event planning and execution skills, with experience managing logistics, timelines, and budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors, clients, and attendees
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop unique event concepts that align with brand values and objectives
  • Leadership and organizational abilities to oversee event teams and ensure high standards of delivery
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for event outreach and engagement
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges and unexpected situations effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for event management and planning
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Fluency in Thai and English is essential for effective communication
