About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative Event Marketing Manager (Community & Engagement Focus) who loves working with children and parents, enjoys building communities, and can turn our Experience Center into a lively, engaging, and fun destination for families.

This role is perfect for someone who is strategic, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable experiences that strengthen customer engagement and drive brand loyalty.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, design, and execute weekly & monthly events to increase engagement among kids and parents.
  • Build and grow a strong community of parents and children that highlights the fun, learning-focused spirit of PalFish.
  • Manage and lead the Event Team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality events.
  • Work closely with Center Managers and staff to coordinate activities and enhance the center's daily liveliness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the mall landlord to align event schedules, space usage, and co-promotions.
  • Ensure all events reflect our brand image, safety standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

What We Look For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to connect easily with children, parents, and partners.
  • Experience in event marketing, community building, or experiential marketing (preferred).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into real, impactful experiences.
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Passion for education, children's activities, and parent engagement is a big plus.
  • Be able to communicate in English fluently
