Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and Restaurants & Bars & Wellness events
  • Set in-house team
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and event proposals, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations and international standards.
  • Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and external partners, graphic designer, content creators to push to promote
  • Ensure smooth event operations and high-quality execution.
  • Manage on-site event setup, packages and staff coordination, and issue resolutions to ensure flawless event delivery.
  • Communicate clearly throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, aligning requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Evaluate event outcomes, prepare post-event reports, and identify improvement areas to enhance future project performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, project management, or marketing activation - preferably in an event organizer agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills; able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
