About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager (HRM) to oversee end-to-end HR operations for a multi-business group in real estate, hospitality, and F&B.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Oversee manpower planning and ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate with line managers and site HR for recruitment of Thai, Expat, and Myanmar employees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and documentation for all new hires.

2. HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Oversee daily HR operations including time attendance, overtime, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and organizational charts.
  • Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention.

3. Visa & Work Permit Management

  • Manage visa, work permit, and renewal processes for Expatriates and Myanmar employees.
  • Coordinate documentation, applications, and renewals with relevant government authorities and agents.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Thai immigration and labour laws.
  • Track visa/work permit expiry dates and 90-day reporting schedules.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments and organize skill, safety, and compliance training.
  • Maintain training records and monitor completion.
  • Support management development programs for supervisors and team leaders.

5. Payroll & HR Administration

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll for salary processing, overtime, and allowances.
  • Verify attendance and leave data before monthly payroll cut-off.
  • Ensure accuracy in benefits, service charge (if applicable), and statutory deductions.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to Thai labor laws, company regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate inspections or audits from labour or immigration offices.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, visa/work permit status).
  • Manage HR budget, vendor contracts, and administrative expenses.

7. Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Handle resignation, termination, and clearance processes for all staff types.
  • Ensure return of company assets, visa/work permit cancellation, and exit interviews.
  • Provide final documentation and coordinate with payroll for final settlement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years' experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, immigration, and MOU procedures for Myanmar workers.
  • Proven experience managing both office staff and site operations employees.
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English (Burmese language is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-focused leader.
