Job Description
- Support the management and coordination of various tasks to achieve project objectives and organizational goals, including preparing documents, translating materials, and providing interpretation for Thai employees on certain occasions.
- Support planning, strategic management, and performance indicator analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Manage and control budgeting processes, including overseeing, reviewing, and adjusting budgets and company cash flow to ensure business continuity and achievement of financial and organizational goals.
- Manage fixed assets, including inspecting, reviewing, and improving the use of organizational assets and equipment.
- Oversee compliance-related systems and approval procedures, including implementing policies and managing systems to ensure the organization complies with laws, regulations, and corporate standards (as set by the headquarters in Japan).
- Plan and disseminate market research or relevant internal documents that provide valuable customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to guide strategic marketing decisions.
- Coordinate shareholder meetings, board of directors meetings, and other related meetings.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Economics (for fresh graduate)
- Proficient in Japanese at a business communication level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1)
- Skilled in using work-related software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
- Proficiency in English and/or knowledge of project management and accounting will be considered a plus
- Interested in business development and business management
- Enthusiastic to learn, hands-on, with good communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor
