Role & Responsibilities:

The Graphic & Creative Assistant takes ownership of all creative activities (creative direction, development, design), in the view of: 

  • Providing the brands with graphic & creative they can make the best use of on all their digital & print platforms (whether on sales platforms or social media platforms) and within brick-and-mortar stores;
  • Assisting all team members of the commercial team in providing contents which allow each brand to continuously grow its revenues and profits;
  • Continuously improve the image and reputation of the brands.
  • Defining the creative digital territory of each brand under the supervision of each brand manager, and in line with each brand's guidelines and territory;
  • Whether they are static or animated contents, which are destined to be used on digital platforms exclusively (on-line stores, non-commercial websites, blogs, social media), in accordance with the planned campaigns and activities, as well as for the on-going feeds on all social media platforms;
  • Develop all digital contents (photos, videos, drawings, illustrations, etc.) which are destined to be used in brick-and-mortar stores exclusively, in accordance with the planned campaigns and activities;
  • Supply all internal users (commercial team, stores) with the content requested for all planned campaigns and activities, as well as for the on-going feeds on all social media platforms;
  • Survey the markets (all industries) regarding the trends on contents, in order to remain up to the mark when it comes to innovation and creativity;
  • Suggests brand territory updates based on the conclusions of the above mentioned market surveys.
  • Follow up and report on KPI's and objectives connected to responsibility.
  • Coordinate and perform proof reading of own digital & social media.
  • Collaborate with the local Commercial team.
  • Developing creative briefs, understanding needs, and translating these seamlessly into design decisions which interpret of required look and feel in a modern and creative design;
  • Presenting ideas in rough drafts; amending selected draft into final designs based on comments; and get approval from direct boss;
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing clear descriptions of deliverables and timeline; proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Delivering final work in a timely;
  • Managing projects and timelines, and working on multiple jobs to tight deadlines.
  • Print banners, outdoor and indoor signage for campaigns/activities/events and news announcements,
  • Digital versions of these suitable for display on website and in social media (usually Facebook, and IG), print brochures, and interactive digital versions thereof, including appropriate motion graphics (animated Gifs), vdo clips.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, multi-media design, graphic arts, advertising & communications, interactive media or related field
  • Minimum 6 year in retail experience(omni-channel)
  • Fair communicate in English
  • Must be well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator, PowerPoint, and similar leading software.
  • Portfolio demonstration of strong design skills and technique, with the story-telling abilities.
  • Experience in graphic design with a digital perspective, probably gained in a studio agency graphic design environment, highly desirable.
  • A basic knowledge of video editing will be a further advantage.
