Senior Brand Communications & Relations

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and brand-driven Senior Brand Communications & Relations professional to lead external communications, public relations, KOL/influencer engagement, brand partnerships, and event activations. This role also serves as the direct lead of the Creative Content Designer & Copywriter, overseeing the planning and execution of all content across platforms. You will guide content strategy, approve final creative, and ensure Mediwelle's premium aesthetic and tone of voice are reflected in every touchpoint—online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Media Relations

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to elevate brand visibility
  • Craft press releases, media kits, and brand statements in both Thai and English
  • Build and maintain relationships with lifestyle, beauty, and wellness media
  • Coordinate media visits, interviews, and brand feature opportunities

KOL & Influencer Collaboration

  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and KOLs who reflect Mediwelle's brand image
  • Lead negotiations, briefing, and review of KOL content to ensure on-brand execution
  • Track performance and value of influencer campaigns, and refine approach accordingly Brand Events & Activations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee brand events, launches, and in-clinic experiences
  • Manage vendors, timelines, guest lists, and ensure immersive brand storytelling throughout the event
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align event objectives with overall brand and marketing strategy Strategic Partnerships & Brand Alignments
  • Seek and build collaborative partnerships with aligned businesses in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury sectors
  • Co-develop joint campaigns or experiences that enhance brand equity and reach
  • Foster community-building and cross-promotional initiatives that elevate Mediwelle's profile Content Direction & Creative Oversight
  • Lead content strategy and monthly campaign storytelling across all digital and offline platforms
  • Collaborate with the Creative Content Designer & - - Copywriter on content calendar development and idea generation
  • Provide clear creative direction and brand messaging briefs
  • Ensure all content supports both brand positioning and business goals
  • Content Governance & Brand Voice Oversight
  • Review and approve all content and copy created internally or externally before publication
  • Uphold a consistent brand voice across captions, blog articles, advertising, printed materials, and partner content
  • Monitor brand messaging across platforms to ensure clarity, tone, and alignment
  • Act as the final decision-maker for all public-facing content under the Mediwelle brand

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, communications, brand partnerships, or content leadership roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English Proven ability to manage creative teams or content contributors
  • Deep understanding of Thailand's KOL, influencer, and lifestyle media landscape
  • Experience in managing campaigns and partnerships within wellness, beauty, aesthetics, or luxury industries
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Confident in leading brand voice, storytelling, and content direction across platforms
