Responsibilities:

  • Create multi-format content including short-form videos, social media posts, ads, blog articles, and storytelling assets that reflect Glory's brand DNA.
  • Lead end-to-end content production — from concept development, scripting, shooting, and editing to publishing and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Community, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams to develop content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Source and co-create with influencers, customers, and brand advocates to expand organic reach and amplify campaign impact.
  • Experiment with new formats and emerging platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to keep content fresh, dynamic, and trend-driven.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms — especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Proven ability to produce high-performing creative content that drives measurable engagement or sales.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in video production and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva).
  • Passion for storytelling, trendspotting, and creating impactful brand experiences.
  • Experience working with influencers or in beauty/lifestyle/FMCG industries is a plus.
