Digital Marketing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing ads campaigns across social media platforms ie., Facebook, Google, TikTok, LINE OA, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
  • Managing a monthly ads budget of K and lead strategy discussions with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Writing the compelling ads copies and coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns hit hard and convert.
  • Conducting structured A/B testing with clear reporting and insights.
  • Analyzing customer journey and pain points to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Funnel, and Conversion Rate.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends: AI in Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, Shopee MyAds, Lookalike Segments, and be bold enough to test first.

Qualifications : What We're Looking For:

  • A challenger's mindset: driven, ambitious, and data-informed.
  • 5 years+ hands-on experience managing ads, ideally in supplements, skincare, or beauty.
  • Proven track record with significant ad budgets and performance outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker who understands CRM, LTV, and marketing funnels.
  • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and the ability to turn insights into action.
