About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Business Development) to lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches. This role bridges marketing and business development, ensuring that new products and collections are successfully brought to market through integrated campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights.

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning & Execution
- Partner with Business Development and Merchandising teams to develop GTM launch plans for new products and collections.
- Define launch objectives, target audiences, key messages, and marketing channels.
- Manage execution of launch timelines across retail, e-commerce, and digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate promotional events, activations, and collaborations to support product introductions.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for Business Development on new product initiatives.
- Align efforts across merchandising, retail operations, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, and partners to deliver launch assets and campaigns on time.
3. Content & Asset Development
- Work with Graphics and Content teams to produce launch toolkits, product storytelling, and campaign materials.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across channels.
- Adapt and localize content for different customer segments as needed.
4. Campaign Performance & Insights
- Track launch performance (sell-through, awareness, engagement) and provide actionable insights.
- Report campaign ROI to the Head of Marketing and Business Development teams.
5. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage launch campaign budgets and recommend optimal resource allocation based on business priorities.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- 5–7 years in marketing, with strong exposure to go-to-market planning, product launches, or commercialization in fashion, retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working closely with Business Development, Merchandising, or Product teams is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and campaign reporting.
- Strategic mindset with commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
