IMPACT Culinova, a new culinary hub at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, offers short courses, catering services, a café, chef events, and venue rentals. We are expanding our team to deliver innovative culinary experiences and premium services, and are seeking a Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer.

The role supports the promotion of IMPACT Culinova and corporate/government outreach across B2C, B2B, and B2G sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create graphics for social media, web, print, packaging, signage, merchandising, and collateral
  • Translate campaign strategies into visual concepts (still and motion)
  • Design branded templates, flyers, product labels, banners, certificates, and infographics
  • Edit and enhance images, videos, and designs using Photoshop AI, Canva Magic Studio, and other tools
  • Capture and edit short-form content: reels, reviews, how-to VDOs, vlogs, behind-the-scenes, in-store promotions, live events, café/class operations
  • Design and optimize content for ads, reels, stories, and static posts
  • Maintain visual consistency by collaborating with sales, instructors, coordinators, and operations
  • Contribute creative ideas and support campaigns for B2C, B2B, and B2G segments
  • Organize and manage a structured media library; stay updated on design trends, platforms, and tools
  • Liaise with external printers, editors, and vendors for high-quality outputs

Skills & Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3 Years of experience in a relevant role
  • Must be good at English
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Skilled in CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, and AI design tools (optional but preferred)
  • Strong sense of design and experience in motion graphics, short-form video, and social media content
  • Strong writing ability for short-form captions and text overlays (Thai & English)
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics, post-performance, and content optimization
