Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all squads to identify skill requirements, competency gaps, and development plans for team members to support systems under portfolio management.
  • Design and define the technical framework and architecture standards across assigned projects or platforms.
  • Support task assignment, status reporting, and project progress tracking in collaboration with PMs, SAs, and BAs.
  • Lead and align the detailed solution design process for assigned projects (e.g., Digital Enterprise Content Management Solution), ensuring that all stakeholders — including System Analysts, Business Analysts, and partner teams — are synchronized.
  • Oversee and manage the deliverables of detailed technical specifications, ensuring quality and compliance with expected requirements.
  • Serve as technical project management, ensuring that all execution activities comply with the Digital Platform Blueprint, business needs, and project timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance, review design artifacts, and ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical design across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise digital platforms, content management systems, and integration architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, API design, and modern architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
