Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Review and monitor procurement announcements on the e-GP system (Thai Government Procurement) to prepare for bidding participation
• Prepare quotation documents (Quotation), price proposals (Price List), and bidding documents (TOR)
• Prepare and compile company qualification documents in accordance with TOR requirements
• Analyze and compare prices to assess suitability prior to bid submission
• Verify the accuracy of documents and proofread to ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements
• Prepare and submit bidding documents via the e-bidding system and follow up on bid results
• Record and update sales data and project status in internal systems (CRM/ERP) accurately and systematically
• Support the sales team in preparing presentation materials, quotations, and product information
• Collect and prepare sales reports, sales performance summaries, and project proposal summaries for management review
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Science, Economics, Liberal Arts, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales documentation (new graduates are also welcome)
• Knowledge of the e-GP system and government procurement processes
• Ability to prepare TOR documents, price proposals, and bidding-related documents accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills, enjoys coordination tasks, and able to work effectively in a team
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
