Responsibilities:

  • Renew partnership contracts and ensure timely follow-up on all related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth contract processing.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing agreements, processing new partner information, and overseeing document deliveries.
  • Maintain, categorize, and organize contract documents to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Implement proper document management systems for efficiency and compliance.
  • Liaise with partners and the Finance & Accounting teams to follow up on invoicing, billing, and payment processes.
  • Prepare quotations and all necessary documents for proposal submissions.
  • Track documentation timelines and ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposal materials.
  • Coordinate proactively with relevant teams to support smooth operations and partner activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
