Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
- Renew partnership contracts and ensure timely follow-up on all related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth contract processing.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing agreements, processing new partner information, and overseeing document deliveries.
- Maintain, categorize, and organize contract documents to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Implement proper document management systems for efficiency and compliance.
- Liaise with partners and the Finance & Accounting teams to follow up on invoicing, billing, and payment processes.
- Prepare quotations and all necessary documents for proposal submissions.
- Track documentation timelines and ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposal materials.
- Coordinate proactively with relevant teams to support smooth operations and partner activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.
- Proactive mindset with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
